![]() However, the repetition really kills it as near the end, you’re just going through waves of them and the only thing that changes is the arrangement of them. The enemy selection is decent with each enemy clearly marking what they are and each one having their own way of attacking and strats to dodge them. The game limits your usage so you can’t just abuse it forever and that part is pretty good. It’s fun when you have a small group and you juke around and around to kill everyone. The twist is that you can teleport a small amount allowing you to juke around enemies or hide behind cover easily. One hit kill with small rooms and mostly mele challenges. The most obvious comparison is going to be Hotline Miami which fits pretty well. I hope I helped you shape your opinion about it. The ending for me was EXTREMELY anticlimactic, I'm not going to say much because I don't want to spoil anything, I just felt that it wasn't as hard as this game's ending deserved to be. The checkpoints are sometimes really far from each other, so there are some times that dying resapawns you so far from the place you died that you have to repeat the whole room from the start which, again, is very frustrating It's really hard sometimes (for example in the stages with the lazers) to manage your teleport and not die, which can be really frustrating when you are trying to get the "Finish all the stages with 0 deaths" achievement. The controls of the game are kind of clunky. It is not an easy game, especially if you want to get all of its achievements so keep that in mind. Now this depends to the player, but I personally like challenges. It's not repetitive as it introduces a large variety of enemies with a lot of ways to defeat, so it pushes your quick thinking and your creativity to the max as well. The overall aesthetic is captured perfectly. The story is ok, with some unexpected elements after one point of the game. The graphics fit very much to the style of it. The game feels very fast and it is really fun to play. Although I've put a recomended mark on this review, it really is up to you to decide if the game is worth its money and its time.
